Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for One-to-One Sessions

GENERAL

Cancellation notified one week or more in advance - no charge

Cancellation with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice - half fee, unless we can reschedule the appointment for the same week (depending on availability)

Cancellation notified on the day of the appointment - full fee

No-show - full fee

ONGOING WORK PACKAGES

Immersion package (3 x monthly 90-min sessions) - sessions to be completed within ten weeks from the date of the first session of the package (e.g. if first session is on the 1st of February, the remaining two sessions must be had by the 11th of April at the latest)

Going Deeper package (2 x fortnightly 60-min sessions) - payment to be made on the same date of each month and sessions to be completed within four weeks from the date of payment
